That user deleted their previous account and started a new one that is easily linked (think JohnDoe@lemmy.world with JDoe@lemmy.world)
This seems like a way to avoid the several bans they got on their first account.
I've already warned a few instance admins about this in case they wanted to reissue the bans they had in place for the previous account.
