Russian overnight attack on Kyiv kills 10, European Union delegation building was struck

The UK summoned Russia's ambassador over the attacks, which killed four children and damaged diplomatic buildings.

European Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos announced in a social media post on Thursday that the European Union delegation building in Kiev was struck during Russia's latest attacks on "civilian areas."
Kos and European Council President Antonio Costa both condemned Moscow's strikes, describing them as "brutal" and "deadly." The two also expressed solidarity with the EU staff and the Ukrainian people.
"The EU will not be intimidated. Russia's aggression only strengthens our resolve to stand with Ukraine and its people," Costa said in a post on X.
