A fire broke out at the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant in Russia after Ukrainian drone flying near the plant was shot down, the press service of the plant said on August 23.

Isn't it a bit strange that every time Russia "shoots down a drone", the drone somehow still crashes into important infrastructure?

Scram takes around 3 seconds. Fire can't really get to the core. I'm having a hard time imagining how this could turn into a nuclear accident.

No one should be flying drones near nuclear plants
No one should be believing what Russians say.
If Ukraine comes out and says it's a lie, I will readily believe them. That being said, it is fucking stupid to assume and brush off any criticism as lies.
