Well yeah no shit. He'll make "peace", get the donbass, reinforce his army and invade another piece of Ukraine in 6 months to a year when his army has been strengthened.

I mean, of course he will. What's stopping him? There haven't been any stronger consequences in forever. The sanctions obviously aren't hitting hard enough and we seem to be unwilling to properly support the Ukraine militarily.
I seriously doubt, that we would stop him if he decided to attack again after signing a treaty, be it Ukraine or the Baltics
