I'm so frustrated. It's happening exactly like everyone said it would. I wanted to think everyone was smarter than this, but this is the Executive equivalent of yelling, "IT'S COMING RIGHT FOR US" right before you kill illegal game.

My guess is that it comes down to how effective the minority party is at stalling the actions of the majority party. It feels like when democrats have the majority, they don’t do much and get shut down by the republicans at every turn. Compare that to how the republicans are just steamrolling everything this year and the democrats have been extremely ineffective at doing anything to stop them.

President is accountable to Congress via impeachment/recall. Congress is accountable to the people via elections.
The people opted to not hold Congress accountable, and Congress is a bunch of cucks that refuse to do their jobs, and the Supreme Court is clearly choosing to not even try to enforce anything... but the ultimate truth is "people chose this". Very sadly. The American people chose this executive, this Congress, and indirectly this Court.
