For the people too lazy to translate: It says "Is Donald Trump a sex monster?"
- Did you work it out or use a translator?
  
  The very little German i learnt has finally come in handy, knew exactly what it said :P

but i want to say this isn't really a newspaper but some tabloid rightwing and gossip press like fox news but less important

It says "Is Donald Trump the sixth monster" and I think they are referring to dictators on this planet or something similar.

hätten sie "schlammschieben im us-wahlkampf" übergetitelt, wäre es perfekt gewesen, aber neiiiin ..
