I'm nitpicking here but firstly, chopper and cruiser are not the same and this is closer to a cruiser. However, secondly, it takes more than just a swept back rake to make a cruiser. The foot pegs need to be in a position where your legs are outstretched in front of you, and the handlebar/controls have to be higher and further back.
