How do you like WWE on Netflix outside of the USA?

Is it worth setting up a full house VPN to watch WWE on Netflix on TV?

How is streaming WWE in Canada l, or ornery parts of the world these days? The WWE Network was awesome. Honestly some of the best streaming service I've seen. When they moved to Peacock a few years ago it was never the same. Not all of content that was on the network seemed to be on Peacock. What was there was not well organized and difficult to find what used to be easy in "the vault." On the network if I started a PPV late there was an option to start from the beginning. On Peacock you had to join the regularly scheduled broadcast already in progress or wait till it was over to watch on demand. Recently they did add the option to at least rewind the show, but it's still annoying and finding th he sweet spot between the end of the pre-show and the start of the PLE is a real pain. Like VHS was easier.

How does Netflix compare? Is it worth paying for a Netflix account a VPN that let's me chose country of IP and maintaining ruining it on an old open router so I can connect my ROKU T.V. to it? Should I just pirate WWE?

For me it’s fine for what I watch. I watch the main shows (Raw, Smackdown and NXT) and PLE’s . As they are always late night live shows, I just go and watch them the next day and they are always ready to watch. I do notice though that for us at least, it seems they now cut the breaks out. When they first started showing them we’d get an uninterrupted full3 hours of raw and SmackDown. Now when there’s obviously a break, it just jump cuts to the part after the break. So whilst the runtime for a raw maybe 2h30 or 3 hours, the actual viewing time will be around 2 hours. Smack down and NXT usually run 1h30.

PLE’s are fine and I’ve never had any issues. They are usually on the recommended section or on the main page for me as it’s all I use Netflix for (I get it free with my TV provider) and the main shows are always in the continue watching section for me to see the next one. The only thing at the moment is that we do not get Saturday Nights Main Event through it but it’s on WWEs YouTube page for us to watch.

There seems to be a fair bit of classic content, at least old PPV’s and doing a WWE search does show everything. Since I don’t really watch them I can’t comment on them. There’s nowhere near the content though that the Network had.

If all you’re after are the main shows then I think it could be worth it. If you’re going to watch older content too then definitely will be.
