It's not extraordinary...
He's a doctor, he can't say shit without losing his medical license. He has to plead the fifth even if there wasn't a coverup about Biden's mental health.
They should be questioned his aides and cabinet that covered it up, they can actually be forced to testify.

- Yes and no. Doctors have a duty to report when there are certain dangers. They can also speak in generalities that would show concern for his condition. They can't say yes the president had dementia diagnosed on X date, or failed X/Y cognitive tests, but that's not really necessary.

  If the physician does either of those he's breaking confidentiality and that's a big no-no.
