Pretty disappointing. I was hoping to use them this week instead of Harbour Air.

But it's not unexpected. The wind out on the water right now is pretty brutal. If you've lived on the island for any time at all you'd know that weather is a major factor... even the big shoes that BC Ferries use are impacted by the weather conditions.
Better they err on the side of safety....

I had passage booked to Vancouver yesterday and had to change plans to go to Horseshoe Bay instead. Not a gigantic deal, but added almost an hour each way to the trip.
For sure an inauspicious start for Hullo.
