Still haven't seen one in the remaster. Kinda feel like they removed them.
- This meme is specifically about the remaster, they made the extra juicy for some reason haha. Once you get past a certain level you’ll see them all the time in oblivion gates
  
  Okay so hear me out, is there a level range where all you see is frost ones? I employed all the old exploits and am sitting happy at lvl 200. I didnt even talk to Martin until I was maxed out.
