Walter was such a fantastic character. That show was so much better than it had any right to be… although that last season kinda sucked, but it was overall fire regardless.
- It was fantastic. Wife and I are binging Xfiles right now and Fringe is next. Although I think I remember the "monster" episodes being on average less captivating that the "mytharc" ones
  
  I preferred the monster of the week episodes of both series, but that may just be me.
- Ditto, I loved that show, and John Noble as Walter played no small part in making it great.
- I imagine my own endings to shows all the time, so the last season doesn't exist to me. Lol

  In related news, I recently rewatched all 5 seasons of Game of Thrones. Still holds up!
- I kind of liked the last season. But what I liked most about the series was that every season was different. And that they didn't drag it on but created a somewhat coherent ending.
