Paul Webb, Reform UK's communities portfolio holder who oversees libraries, said the move came after a "concerned member of the public" contacted him.
Good money says the concerned member of the public was Paul himself.

Turns out they lied, one book targeted at adults got moved from the welcome area to further back in the library. Truly an impressively incompetent bunch these Reform councilors.

I honestly have my doubts, politicians have been dumbing down the education system for years, it's now biting them in the butt. Nobody thought that the internet would become a far better educator than the State.
