  • Talking with a therapist is like talking to a lawyer. You need to tell them everything no matter how embarrassing or terrible it is. That's the only way they can truly help you.

  • Also if at all possible and it doesn't work out woth the first therapist try another (and maybe another). I know it can be an absurd amount of work to get a therapist but for me it took like four or five until t really clicked but then it was kinda scary how good ot was.
