[Qtile] My first Rice on Arch

This is my first ever attempt at ricing. How did I do? Do you have any suggestions?

What is ricing?
- I believe it's slang for customization that comes from the world of modding Japanese cars.

now just need to replace that VSCode with a properly riced Neovim
- Yes, I am working on it. VSCode is kind of a memory/cpu hog.

  Seriously though, as much as I despise bloat, what's the point of having that power and not using it?
  
  Nothing inherently wrong with an extremely capable IDE like VS Code, other than using VSCodium instead to have a 100% open source solution.
