Btw, Europe should do something about the free movement of capital. It's incredible that as an Italian I can move to Latvia but my investments can't and I'm forced to sell everything and pay the capital gain tax

Bulgaria is already in the EU though, this is about joining the EURO-zone as in the currency. Maybe study some reading comprehension before being a hater.
