  I've known two people with PCOS, one of them is a (hot) dude now, and the other has a beautiful burlesque figure that she has to shave more than me since I started hormone therapy. XD
  But yeah, women with PCOS often have elevated testosterone. That's one of the typical symptoms of the condition they can test for.

This pisses me off on a personal level. I dated a girl with a small peach fuzz mustache and she was the sweetest person I ever went out with. That peach fuzz stache is part of what made her so sweet and so adorable.

I have a family member who was diagnosed only later in life, which explains a lot when we were growing up.
