Millions of Americans face garnishment and the seizure of benefits as the US Department of Education begins pursuing student loan debtors

People will start living in their own economy and stop reporting anything. People will just take money under the table and deal in a black market. It will put everyone at risk of abuse but it will probably be safer than dealing with their government.
