I laughed harder at this comment than I care to admit.
It's the new first class experience: it allows you to shit in the economy section.

I've never had a bad Southwest experience. I guess it's just like retail stores, fast food, or package delivery - who you love and hate varies with the people there. And no one ever agrees on the rankings.
Anyone else remember when flying was such a big deal people actually dressed up for it?
