So around $50m each? That's not even cost of doing business. That's just a rounding error.

Make it a few billion if it supposed to be fine that makes a difference.

A small fine of pennies to profits.

thats what they call 'the cost of doing business' pay this fine, then do whatever the hell you want. see also; entire stock market
