- Almost like an idiot made the decision to make arbitrary cuts to vital services.
  
  Not arbitrary at all. Focused, targeted, lobbied and paid for by an industry that massively benefits from shaping the body of knowledge and discussion around the topic.
  Arbitrary implies indifference or accidental; this is strategic, premeditated and predatory.

We are truly fucked.
