Words have definitions. There are these things called dictionaries that people can find these definitions in. In super short context its a far right ideology brought to mainstream politics by notable figures like Pinochet, Ronald Reagan and Margret Thatcher. Later embraced by Bill Clinton during the neoliberal takeover of the democratic party at the time when they turned their backs on the unions and people in favor of corporations and bankers. Neoliberalism differs from classical and social liberalism in that it is about freeing capital and not people. The article below explains all this in greater detail than I'm going to get into.
It is important to remember that just because a word shares the root liber latin for free these ideoligies differ greatly in their application and meaning and history.

Is in reference Maoist third worldist literature. And is a aimed at breaking the political and economic foundations of the economic parasitism between the First and Third Worlds
Basically Donald Trump is so incompetent that he's bringing about a united proletariat revolution of the third world against the first.
Which, given his isolationist policies that push third world countries to work with and develop with China that's essentially what is happening.
As long as China continues to allow for third world development (rather than just resource extraction) like the US has. It is a big step forward for third world independence along with the dismantling of USAID.
Edit: To be clear. I don't actually believe Trump is doing this on purpose. It's a joke around his incompetence around ruling an empire and essentially destroying it from within. In reality I think he's doing this to bring about instability and war. The war starting first with the war on the working class of the world with Tarrifs. Specifically to bring about nationalist movements in each nation.

Neoliberalism is just a softer, slightly kinder fascism. It's less of a death blow, more of a change of clothes.

For Europeans, a quick primer on American uses of the term:
"Liberal" = socially liberal: gay marriage ok, trans people ok, immigrants ok
"Neoliberal" = economically liberal: laissez-faire, lower taxes on businesses, fewer worker protections
"Liberal" is left-wing. "Neoliberal" is right-wing. Sounds similar, very different. There are a lot of bad actors on lemmy who intentionally try to conflate the two. Don't let them confuse you.
