This is so dumb but I love it so much. I’m gonna create another account just to upvote this brilliant idiocy.

I'm totally here for the sentiment, but I think it's just because the average person might not know one or the other of these words. They're both pretty specific in their usage.

Etymologoid is something like the history of a word.
