I wanted to try something like that, but you only get dismissed for that case; you still have to report back until your term expires (all under the same judge who will recognize you lol). Which meant, to avoid a perjury charge (you're sworn in by this point in the process), I would have had to wear the equivalent of a Leia costume 1-2 times a week for a little over a month and really sell it on the performance. I don't think I could keep it up that long.
