Regarding posts on Lemmy, is there a way to generate an in-page link to a specific comment in order to reference it from another comment or the OP?

I want to have a running thread and use the OP as a table of contents linking to specific comments within the thread.

Are you talking about Lemmy posts? I think you may have to build your own table of links.
