PonyOfWar @pawb.social Dungeonslayers is a free TTRPG under a creative commons license. It's in German, but it looks like there are some English translations.

I like the Swedish Horror RPG Kult: Divinity Lost.
The World of Darkness RPGs are strictly speaking also European since they are owned by Paradox Interactive.
