Should all AI generated images be age restricted?

Not only restricted from children but also anyone over 50

So I have only 4 years of AI pictures for me? I'm so looking forward to be 50 now!

How do you propose to restrict access?
- Just don't display the images if the account owner is younger than 18 or born before 1975
