Comfy is s good irl stat. Warmth as well.
In my language it even gives a buff for pickpocketing: 'wear good clothes, they will open all doors' is a saying.
Clothes give buffs. Nice clothes give you a bonus to charisma. Workout clothes have buffs for relevant stats too, mostly dexterity and endurance.
