I have found that silicone wiper blades last years longer than the old rubber ones, to the point I'd replace the rubber ones 3-4 times more often for one silicone blade.
Just food for thought. Since you'll be replacing them again eventually.
This is very true. Specially good if you live in a very rainy place like Washington state. Also good for summer. Frankly why even make the other stuff anymore.
Is it just me, or do wiper blades seem to have a new mechanism every time you need to buy new ones? Maybe I just don't install them often enough to remember. lol
Not sure the vehicle in the photo, been the Honda ones you can just buy the $7 insert rather than the whole $40 blade. The insert comes with graphite on it to try to make sliding the new insert into the track easier, but it still is fiddly
