No government should be on X.
- X is just American spyware at this point. Owned by the president!
  
  Switch to Mastodon or Bluesky!
  
  Bluesky is still a corporate owned shithole.
  
  I could understand using it as a messaging system before Elon owned it when you could look at it without an account.

Yeah, good move. Now come to Fediverse.
- The fediverse sucks for official stuff unless they start their own instance….. which I’m not opposed to.
  
  Yeah, they should start their own instance! The European Commission has one, for example. The French government also has an official one via DINUM. There's others, I'm sure.
  
  It doesn't have to be Mastodon or a social platform. It could just be a news/blog kinda deal that happens to support ActivityPub and people can subscribe to it to get it on their feeds.
Why anyone is there at all is beyond me
Good choice.
