Ukraine reportedly agrees a critical rare minerals deal with the U.S.

Ukraine and the United States have prepared a draft deal over access to Kyiv's deposits of rare earth minerals, officials said Wednesday.

- I hope they back out after the fighting dies down. Hold the minerals until they're in NATO, then tell us to kick rocks.
  
  Would be difficult to pull off since every member in NATO has to agree upon letting them in and so if the US has a bug up their ass, they can stop it.
