Let’s say a county prosecutor told me they were going to file DUI charges against me cause I was pulled over and drunk, if I threatened the prosecuting attorney there is no question that I’d be in a jail.

With no capacity to enforce what would this accomplish anyway? Wouldn't Trump just continue to ignore it and Republicans would just cry and shout they need to impeach the people who tried to hold them in contempt?
They could charge Trump's toadies that are running the departments that are disobeying court orders with civil contempt. Trump cannot pardon them and they could hold them until they follow the courts orders.
They won't, but they could.
As many of us have been saying for literal years now, there is no line in fascism. They can literally do whatever the fuck they want unless you can physically stop them.
