She told me that it’s ok if I wanted to smile. It’s weird how you’re allowed to have a non-neutral expression on driver’s licenses in the US.

I wrote it in the description but people seem to miss it.

Uhhh most passport or id photos must be Biometric meaning natural expression and no changes.
