2 0 ReplyGotta keep doing it, I generally spend five to ten minutes just focusing on breathing.
And you really have to try to focus just on your breathing, really feel and monitor the air flowing into, then out of your lungs.
Edit: oh, and do it at a steady pace, otherwise you'll end up hyperoxygenating your brain and feeding the anxiety (ask me how I know...).
