Me seeing health & ammo: Great I really need this
Me in the next room on my 40th attempt at the end boss: Well I can't use that yet, what if there's a harder boss later?

Finding a ton of health & ammo usually is a signal something bad is about to happen. Boss fights etc.
The title is a reference to The Legend of Zelda.
