I got banned, and I think permanently.

How do I undo it?

Who do I contact and profusely apologize to?

hey idk if this helps but I got banned for the same reason in DS1 like three years ago and reached out with a support ticket to Bandai Namco and they unbanned me :)

You can't.

You wait until the game is on sale and then you buy another copy if you really want.

Or you play with the coop mod with friends.
