Amazon controls the Bond franchise now? FFS.
- I expect they'll create about five spin-off TV series, all shown on Amazon Prime
- Everything for profit, a magus like yourself should be proud
Please make it an unknown actor you don't have to shoehorn a story around
- Please explain that one. I prefer new talent as well.
  
  But do not get why a well known actor would require a different story to a new one. They are after all acting, so the writer's job story wise would be the same.
  
  Well known actors tend to be pigeon holes for roles so the story tends to revolve around what the actor is good at vs what the character would be doing.
  
  There are exceptions to the rule, but it's not common.
- Not entirely unknown, but I would like it to be Rahul Kohli. Unfortunately I wouldn't be surprised if he is too old now.
I want them to cast Idris Elba so bad.
- Apparently he doesn't want to do it because "those that weren’t happy about the idea made the whole thing disgusting and off-putting, because it became about race".

Just keep the new 007 from the last film. She seemed pretty good to me.
- The outrage from certain sections of the public would be pretty huge. According to them, Bond must always be white and male.
Give me an unknown and let's go back to a 60s setting or something. I wouldn't mind a bit of campiness again.

  Let me tell you something as an American, buddy: if the next Bond is one of us then do you know how I'm going to feel? I'm going to be unbelievably, completely disappointed as well. Fuckin Amazon would do it, too. Would definitely be one of the final nails in the franchise's coffin.
It'll be fucking Romesh Ranganathan, won't it, because everything made at the moment has to have him in it.
- I think Romesh is alright. I liked the travel shows he did for the BBC.
  
  I don't hate the guy or anything, I just find his deadpan delivery a little dull and don't understand why he gets as much work as he does.
