It's hard for people to give advice when you are so vague about your concerns and your threat model.
IMHO banks are like taxes and plaintext emails: they are not and never will be private, and you shouldn't expect them to be.
You could try Bunq, a Dutch neobank. It's a paid service though and only supports customers in the EU.
