China is winning the global innovation race
Look at all that stolen intellectual property! China is so devious they used a time machine to go to the future and steal our patents for things that haven't been invented yet...
Quantitative change will eventually transform into qualitative change. As in, this rapid development of the scientific capacity of the Chinese economy will eventually lead to a new economic stage which we’ve never experienced before. It seems to me that China will be able to fully realize the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Most other countries don't even believe in innovation, they believe in vague "liberal values" and sometimes may or may not invest into innovation as a secondary thing at their leisure. In China it is literally unconstitutional for the government not to promote innovation.
