Looks like Paramount gave in, but the others didn't? I'm not sure about Twentieth Century Fox.
it was a clip from thesimpsons subreddit about a simpsons clip so likely doesn't fall under that clause, sadly (and probably from years ago). :)
It should be protected under fair use
Someone should tell them this isn't the twentieth century anymore.
