Portland Winter Light Festival releases more details on event’s 10th anniversary

The Portland Winter Light Festival runs from Friday, Feb. 7 to Saturday, Feb. 15. The event from local nonprofit Willamette Light Brigade annually brings light-based art installations to the central city — and 2025 marks its 10th anniversary.
