They can bring value to shareholders by making good movies people actually want to watch.
We get better Star Wars when they stop beating the long dead horse that is the Skywalker saga. Just bury it already.
I'm not certain this film should be made, but if it's going to happen hopefully it can include Mark Hamill and we can get closure on what Luke tried and how Rey can learn from it.
Luke earned the chance to try and rebuild the Jedi, it's only fair that he at least gets a chance to redeem his failure.

Besides Andor, everything since TFA has just ended with disappointment. A film for everyone is a film for no one.
Skeleton Crew is also really good. It's not on the same level as Andor, but it's the only other thing worth a chance.
