Very glad I have a union. Annual raises tied to the market rate for my job, and if there's no market increase they just give me a bonus based on performance instead.

It still isn't people's fault. It is a systemic problem. Our brains have been shown to not comprehend certain threats and connections. We're just not there yet that enough studies show it. Manipulative advertising needs to be outlawed immediately.
