How to promote AI: make the ‘AI illiterate’ think it’s magic

I would say it's even simpler than that - it starts with making people think that it's "intelligence" in any meaningful sense of the term, when it's simply... not. At all.

This conclusion isn't flattering for the LessWrong community...
