It's very strange to see that subreddit on the front page every day since the election.
Before it would only hit once in a blue moon. It's too bad reddit did away with the up/downvote count a long time ago. To think you could actually get the real score on reddit. Now I have a feeling their algorithm is promoting certain posts like this one.
But that's why we are on Lemmy/pixelfed/etc.
Maybe it's a good thing because it might signal left leaning people leaving but I think it's more likely they are seeing artificially boosted.

Like to be honest probably pretty safe to assume about half of what happens on the internet is just bots talking to other bots*
*editors note: the author is well aware of the optimism in the idea that only half of internet traffic is bots, but whatever
