St. Luigi
Love everything about it except for the Spez watermark
Fixed it!
Tight.
I’m not well versed in the saints, but I think this is a better origin story than most.
All we need is a tearful prayer, with a vow towards some further action: even if it’s just in a cell for the rest of his life.
And then he is on the same level, in my opinion, of some medieval saints I know a little about.
Could easily be a saint for denied claims and other obstacles in healing.
I would like to note that Luigi has not been found guilty of anything and that both him deserving the presumption of innocence as well as the shooting being justified can be true at the same time.
The police are trying to convince the public that he did it so they can make a show out of punishing him to deter future acts against the rich, we shouldn't do part of their job for them.
By the rules the catholic church also needs one (or many) testimonies from the faithful that their prayers were answered specifically when they prayed for Luigi to intercede on their behalf.
I never understood intercession, it sounds like God is too busy to return my calls so instead I leave a message with his receptionist?
The most beneficial effect the murder had was that it got people talking about how much they hate the American health insurance system.
Maybe so far
He already has tons of miracles under his belt with the sudden wave of claim approvals
You got data on that?
Blessed
I would love some nice glossy prayer cards like this to leave around town.
They'd make a good pair
Who is original artist / source?
It's all over socials but I originally found it here: https://x.com/Pinko69420/status/1866665190034440431
He should be strapped carrying his holy weapon.
Just like Antioch and the Holy Hand Grenade
Sir Luigi of Loxley
Santa luigi prego per noi
Lol, I've been waiting for this since day 1! Also, have they started selling the realistic 'celebrity' stocking face masks with his picture on them yet?
and the mower sputters to a halt
He can't be a saint until he dies.
Paul called the Corinthian church saints and they were engaged in drunkenness, orgies, and every other thing common to the human experience.
Fair
That's cringe af
Worship is for losers
You guys do realize that you are glorifying a literal murderer, right? Someone who killed a human being in cold blood.
Okay, just checking.
how many has that CEO killed?
So you’re saying you’re pro vigilantes and pro death penalty without court order?
Besides, that CEO didn’t kill anyone personally. One could argue you killed a few kids yourself by buying cheap electronics and clothing. If you now start just killing people that you think deserve dying because of some moral standard you think you have, you’re a fucking lunatic without any moral standard.
Yes. That's why we're here. Thank you.
Someone who killed a human being in cold blood.
Someone who killed someone who kills people by pretending to be a health insurance, whilst not paying them when people try to use said insurance in cold blood.
The sentence is a little longer if you give the full context. Nobody was innocent here.
I wouldn't call the murder. Totally unfair and unethical yes but not murder.
What are you talking about??? We never glorified that CEO!!
All of our hands are at least speckled with blood for complicity in reaping the benifits of our society?

cold blood
No, he seemed pretty justifiably angry.
The guy he allegedly killed on the other hand almost certainly had ice in his veins approving denial policies that would make his company a lot of money by denying the necessary care his customers/marks paid for in advance through premiums. Now those customers/marks are dead with more on the way at their hands, and they keep all those dead customers/marks premiums. Score amirite?
Whoever sits in that chair has to be a cold blooded sociopath that murders with indifference. That's the job.
The glorious shareholders demand it. Bezos has a pet mega yacht for his main mega yacht and they have fomo.
He was also multi generation rich. He could have been the CEO. He was just pissed and like most rich people didn't like it when he was told no.
Let's compare the plethora of murders under the belt of who he killed. They were human beings too.
