This reads fine? It could use some commas but otherwise makes sense
- For some of us, the lack of commas does make it hard to read.

  Alright, it needs some other punctuation, too, but that's not so bad.

Its not particularly difficult to parse and aside from some punctuation issues it sounds like this kid has their head screwed on right

This relies on knowledge of the common saying "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all". If you've never encountered that saying, this post probably looks like word soup.
