Wiles will be the first female White House chief of staff.

Also she was oddly shy when Trump tried getting her out on stage in his speech after the win.
Almost as if she really wanted not to be associated with Trump.
So my guess is they know what a dangerous demented moron he is, so don't want to be in the same photo, but wanted power and wealth and saw Trump as an easy way to get more.
