Might work for Wizards but what about Sorcerers that Subtle Spell cast Power Word Kill?
Okay, I see how you would have to awkwardly keep your eyes open during kissing, but it would be possible.

I've got an Aberrant Mind Sorcerer, he can just use Psionic Sorcery to hit em with a Dissonant Whispers, then use the attack of opportunity when they're running away to hit em with a melee attack
