Wild mushrooms with fresh linguini
Wild mushrooms with fresh linguini

A colleague asked if they could join me on a mushroom hunt, we were lucky and found some beautiful wild mushrooms!
Looks great! I see some hedgehogs, and chanterelles, is that amethyst deceiver on the right?
9 0 Reply3 for 3! Do you also collect wild mushrooms? (Though there is also one teeny tiny penny bun tucked in there)

I love foraging for mushrooms, but I started growing them so I don't have to spend so much time cleaning them and looking for bugs
8 0 ReplyI would absolutely love to grow my own, but I unfortunately don't have the space :(
What are you growing?
4 0 ReplyI've got blue oyster, lion's mane and, myataki going right now. But I would love to try to grow some blewit in the garden, as well as a bunch of other ones.

Looks delicious for sure.
3 0 ReplyLooks good! Do you have a recipe for what you cooked or is it the mushrooms and noodles with some pan fried veggies?
2 0 ReplyThanks! There is no specific recipe that I use, but it's basically Cacio e Pepe with pan fried mushrooms and a bit of shallot (no other veg).
